In the 15 year history of the XTERRA EX2, wetsuits have only been permitted once, when the water temperature was 72 degrees on race morning. Water temperatures are normally between 75-78 degrees on race day in mid-July. We take and post the water temperature on the morning of the race. XTERRA wetsuits has a rental program BUT IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY that wetsuits will be permitted for this race.
