About Stay Connected With Updates
The XTERRA Germany competition is the most traditional XTERRA competition in Europe. Since 2006 the competition takes place in the nature park Zittauer Gebirge in the southeastern border triangle of Germany at the border of Poland and Czechia. The competition is integrated into the complex event weekend of the O-SEE Challenge, which takes place every year on the 3rd weekend of August. The O-SEE Challenge is the largest multi-sport event in Germany and celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2021. The main characteristics of the XTERRA Germany are the over 36km long mountain bike tour, which already has an epic character and the gigantic party in the evening under the futuristic awning of the fairground directly on the shore of the lake
In 2014, the XTERRA course was the venue of the ITU World Championship in cross-triathlon.
