REFUND POLICY XTERRA COLOMBIA MAY 25-26, 2024
Registered athletes participating in the XTERRA PAIPA COLOMBIA race in any of the categories may request a refund of their registration fee, provided the following conditions are met:
If the athlete requests a cancellation of their registration before December 31, 2023, a refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the registration fee will be issued, minus ten percent (10%) for financial and administrative charges.
If the athlete requests a cancellation of their registration between January 1, 2024, and March 24, 2024, a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be issued.
Requests submitted after March 25, 2024, will not be refunded under any circumstances, including medical incapacitation, travel issues, etc.
Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the athlete within a period of 15 days.
Note: Considering that the organization and logistics of the race incur costs and expenses that depend on the number of registered participants, it is explicitly stated to all registered athletes that cancellation requests outside the established dates and/or based on circumstances such as medical incapacitation, travel issues, among others, will not be accepted.
Registrations cannot be transferred to other events organized by the society "Eventos Deportivos de Alto Nivel SAS" (XPORTIVA) or XTERRA PLANET.
