"MattariVita" is taken from our two names, Mattia and Arisa. It' a Japanese word with the meaning of living fully, and to observe the totality of life. MattariVita organises workshops and classes of Yoga, Stretching of Meridians, Meditation, Perception Walking and Shiatsu in many different places in Trentino.
Alissa Shiraishi was introduced to the practice of Hatha yoga by Masaaki Koutani and Masaharu Naruse in Japan. She continued Ashtanga Yoga with Arnaud Kancel and Iyengar Yoga with Jean Marie Perre in France and studied with the Iyengar Yoga teacher Gabriella Giubilaro in Italy. She is a therapist of Shiatsu and a Contemporary and Buto dancer.
