Do I need a Triathlon License to race in this category?
Yes, according to FITRI rules, you need to be federated in your national triathlon federation and have a license issued by that federation. Please present a copy of it during athlete check-in/race pack collection.
In case you are not federated in your triathlon association and have no license you can still participate by purchasing a day license (available on-site) if you present a medical certificate (available on-site by appointment only) attesting the ability to practice competitive triathlon (in compliance with Italian regulations, D.M. 18/02/1982).
