Super Sprint Triathlon

The XTICER swim will be a 200m swim along the shoreline.  It will be close enough to the shoreline that it will take only a few strokes toward the shoreline for competitors to be able to stand.

The bike course is the small loop that the full triathlon does. It is about 50% paved. 

The run course consists of one 4K lap.  The majority of the run will be on trails.
