• Location: Cabo Sports Complex.

• Distance: 1 km.

Registration:

• Deadline: Registration closes on November 20, 2024.

• Age Requirement: Participants must be between 5 and 8 years old.

• Identification: A photo ID of a parent or guardian with the child’s name is required to pick up the race packet.

Race Day Schedule:

• Race Start: 5:00 PM.

Race Rules:

• Footwear: Comfortable athletic shoes are recommended.

• Race Number: Must be visible at all times.

Safety Rules:

• Supervision: Parents or guardians must remain in the event area throughout the race.

• Security Staff: Security personnel and volunteers will be stationed along the course to assist children.

• Hydration: Water stations will be available at key points along the course.

Penalties and Disqualifications:

• Penalties: 5-minute penalty for minor infractions (e.g., littering, not following the marked course).

• Disqualifications: Major infractions such as unsportsmanlike conduct, ignoring official instructions, or not carrying mandatory gear will result in immediate disqualification.

Medical Support:

• First Aid: Available at the start/finish area and along the course.

• Emergency Protocols: In case of emergency, contact the nearest race official or aid station.

• Results: Preliminary results will be posted online within 24 hours after the race.
