CANCELATION POLICY
With Cancellation Pack
Cancellation pack must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out later (€ 20).
Cancellation and 100% refund of the registration amount (excluding administration fees) possible until July 31st 2024.
Cancellation and refund possible for personal reasons without proof or due to the cancellation of the event.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Without Cancellation Pack
Cancellation possible until July 10th 2024 with partial refund (€ 80).
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until July 10th 2024 (€ 15 administration fee).
Race open to both gravel bikes and mountain bikes.
Minimum age: 18 during the year (16 for relay).
Wetsuit is mandatory regardless of water temperature. (This is for safety reasons due to the swim portion being in a dam lake).
Please notice swim recon is not allowed the days before the race.
The withdrawal of bibs can only be done by the athlete himself, by presenting an identity document as well as his license
