High Level Coaching Experience

I have been coaching athletes for cycling, mountain biking, triathlon and running for 10 years. We have coached all levels of athletes and experiences. They range from completing an event for the first time, through to qualifying for a national team and racing at World championship XTERRA, Mountain bike and ITU triathlon championships.

My experience extends to coaching Western State Colorado University cycling team to a USA cycling MTB championship silver medal. In 2019 I co head coached the Crested Butte Devo High school cycling team. We finished 3rd as a team at Colorado State championships. This performance is the best in the 10 year history of the team.

Philosophy

I have several goals with coaching. I want my athletes to be the best that they can be at their chosen sport. In addition is my goal to help my athletes have their sport be a sustainable part of a healthy lifestyle. To this end I work with athletes and help them achieve their goals in a supportive and comprehensive manner.
