After coaching several ITU Olympic, Commonwealth and Pan American Champions and several World Ranked Junior Triathletes, Triathlon Canada recognized me as coach of the year for 3 years. Additionally other stand out projects include 2 Ironman Professional Champions, 2 World IRONMAN AG Champions, 5 World XTERRA AG titles, 1 Silver Professional XTERRA Athlete, and countless National Champions.

Philosophy

My ultimate goal is to empower athletes to reach greater performances and lead by example. The process must be challenging with frequent micro successes but realistic without sacrificing their heath or life balance. This philosophy works for Elite, Age Group and Novice multi-sport athletes. Coaching XTERRA athletes allows me to incorporate new and radical training methods which creates excitement and ultimately more consistency for greater success.
