My coaching will vary on each athlete necessity; the main goal is develop the athlete skills, reach their goals and balance training preparation with all variations we all have in life. I combine my coaching using my 25 years of experience as an athlete, 20 years of experience as a coach and I'm always open to learn and improve. Coaching is a process, requires trust, patience, consistency and humbleness.
