All Levels Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, yoga sessions will be available and open to all levels. Our experienced instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe.

Free yoga classes will be offered every day from Saturday till Sunday. Open to athletes, family, and friends. Get down to the Expo Village and join us for a daily stretch!

What to bring: A limited amount of yoga mats will be provided with participants welcome to bring their own.
