The swim course will take place in the Lake des Hermines situated at the altitude of 1350m, at the foot of the Sancy Mountain Range. The water temperature is usually around 18-20°C. The neopren swim suit is allowed if the water temperature is bellow 24,6°C. Cut-off : 1h10 (9:10am)
Bike: 70K 1800m+

The mountain bike course is a loop of 35km to be done two times. There are technical part. You will bike towards the big volcanic lakes of Auvergne : Lake Pavin, Lake Montcineyre and Lake Bourdouze. The race is open to gravel bikes. However, the race course is shaped for mountain bikes. Thus, if you want to race with your gravel bike, be ready to take the shakes. Cut-off : Swim + Bike : 8h00 (4:00pm)
Run: 20K 880m+

The trail run course is made of one loop of 13km and a loop of 7km (the trail loop of the the short distance race). You will go to the top of the mountain ski resort up to the altitude of 1800m. The trail run course is quite tough. You will have to manage your effort and your strenghs to make sure to cross the finish line. From the top of the race course, you will embrace all the scenery that you biked ! Cut-off time : End of 1st run loop : 10h30 (6:30pm)

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellation Pack
Cancellation pack must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out later (€ 25).
Cancellation with 100% refund of the registration amount or transfer of registration to another participant allowed until July 16th, 2023.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Cancellation must be registered online.

Without Cancellation Pack
Cancellation allowed until July 1st, 2023 with partial refund (€ 90 for licensees, € 105 for non-licensees).
The transfer of registration to another participant is allowed until July 1st, 2023 (€ 15 administration fee).
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Cancellation must be registered online.

RELAYS

Cancellation allowed until July 1st, 2023 with partial refund (€ 110).
The modification of a member of the relay is allowed until July 9th, 2023.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Cancellation must be registered online.
