On Saturday evening, the XTERRA Family will be treated to an Italian-style dinner featuring live opening band music, special presentations, and award ceremonies for all age groupers and Top 10 M/W elites. There will also be race day highlight videos and images, announcements for new upcoming events, and the chance for one-and-all to connect with friends both new and old. Participants will be offered one free drink. Additional beverages are cash at the bar.

One ticket for the Welcome Dinner and one ticket to the Awards Dinner is included in your registration fee. However, extra tickets for family or friends need to be purchased during your registration process, or at a later time by logging back into the registration portal. If tickets are sold out online, limited guest tickets will be sold at registration dome.

For Saturday, 28th September 2024:
Special Standing tickets (with one drink): €15.00
(available to buy on site at the registration dome)
Tickets will be provided in the form of wristbands during check-in and race packet pick-up.
No wristband, no entry. No exceptions.
AWARDS
The following will be announced during the dinner awards presentation:
XTERRA World Championship Elite Male and Female: Top 10 athletes
XTERRA World Championship AG and VIP category Male & Female: podiums (1st to 3rd)
XTERRA World Championship Physically Challenged Athletes: all
XTERRA World Champions in all divisions will receive a complimentary commemorative custom-made World Champion bike jersey.
All age group World Champions are offered the opportunity to defend their title at the following annual XTERRA World Championship, and will be notified by email to enter and pay for their slot.
REMINDER: If an athlete cannot be present during the award ceremony, we accept a representative (family or friend) to get it for them as long as they sign a form with the XTERRA team that they have received it. Please note that we will not ship the trophies to athletes who did not show up during the Awards Ceremony.
The XTERRA Season has been wonderful and you guys have just crossed the finish line of the XTERRA World Championship. It is time to celebrate and create new memories. You are hereby invited to the After Race Party for a night full of dancing at the Palaghiaccio - Stadio del Ghiaccio - Andalo Life (same venue as awards night dinner).
Shuttle Bus Tickets Available for the Awards Ceremony & After Party - Saturday 28th
Tickets can be purchased at the registration portal. If tickets are sold out online, limited guest tickets will be sold at the registration dome at €5 (round trip) per person.

From Andalo to Molveno: 2x 50-seat bus, departures at 23:00 and 23:30

Extra tickets for family or friends can be purchased through your Active registration. If available, tickets will also be sold on-site at the merchandise dome. Please be aware that tickets are likely to be sold out early.

For Parking, follow the parking signs for the Opening & Awards Ceremony on the Viale Trento road.
There will also be a shuttle bus service available from Molveno to Andalo (see schedule below). The cost is €5/pax roundtrip, reservations are required, and space is limited. If you're interested, please sign-up now by logging into your My Active Account. Go to My Events, and click the "PURCHASE MERCHANDISE" button to add the shuttle bus service. You may also buy these tickets at the Registration Tent.

Transportation provided for the award ceremony
- from Molveno to Andalo: 2x 50-seat bus, departures at 7:15pm and 7:45pm
- from Andalo to Molveno: 2x 50-seat bus, departures at 11:00pm and 11:30pm
NOTE: for the after party a free shuttle bus service (1x 50 seats) will be provided from Andalo to Molveno every 30 minutes from midnight to 3:00am
