Run Clinic

Leading up to the race, a run clinic will be held to give participants the chance to experience the run section of the full-distance triathlon under the guidance of an XTERRA Elite athlete.

Both clinics will have English and Chinese instruction.

When: March 20th (Wed) 9:00 -11:00

Where to meet: The XTERRA Bridge in the Expo Village at Stony Brook Farm

What to bring: Your trail running shoes as well as adequate hydration.
