CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation Pack
Cancellation pack must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out later (€ 12).
Cancellation with 100% refund of the registration amount or transfer of registration to another participant allowed until July 16th, 2023.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Cancellation must be registered online.
Without Cancellation Pack
Cancellation allowed until July 1st, 2023 with partial refund (€ 25 for licensees, € 30 for non-licensees).
The transfer of registration to another participant is allowed until July 1st, 2023 (€ 10 administration fee).
