Courses Open For Recon
Citadel of Namur (map)
A 1.5km swim around an island in the middle of the Meuse river followed by a twisting 35km mountain bike through city streets, past the Citadel, and into the forest trails before a 10km trail run. The race is also open to relay teams but restricted to athletes aged 18 and above. In 2024, in addition to be part of the XTERRA World Cup, the race will award the title of Belgian cross triathlon champion.

OVERALL RACE
Top 7 Elite men and women will have access to prize money.
Top 3 Age Group men and women will be awarded in each category.
FOR THE BELGIUM CHAMPIONSHIP
i. One Belgian Champion title will be awarded per gender for the following categories:
"Overall - Belgian Champion ;
U23 (up to and including age 23) - Belgian U23 Champion;
Seniors - Belgian Senior Champion;
Masters by category (A, B, C and D) - Belgian Champion according to category.
ii. The three best athletes per category ranked above will receive an official Be3 medal.
iii. The winner of the Overall category is Belgian Champion and receives the official Be3 Belgian Champion jersey.
* Prices include registration, medal, the t-shirt collector and traditionnal "boulettes-frites" after race meal (at 6pm)
CANCELATION POLICY
With Cancellation Pack
Cancellation pack must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out later (€15).
Cancellation and 100% refund of the registration amount (excluding administration fees) possible until May 29st 2023.
Cancellation and refund possible for personal reasons without proof or due to the cancellation of the event.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until May 29st 2024.
Without Cancellation Pack
Cancellation possible until May 8th 2024 with partial refund (50€).
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until May 8th 2024 (15€ administration fee).
Distance Transfer
Distance demotion: Any request will be accepted until May 29st 2024.
In the event of a distance downgrade, the difference in registration price cannot be refunded.
Belgium Championship
To participate in the Belgian Cross Triathlon Championship, the athlete must be licensed with the Belgian federation (LF3 or 3VL) and be of Belgian nationality. The registration file must be complete, meaning that the valid license must be uploaded in the registration file by May 21, 2024, at the latest. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to modify your registration file to take part in the Belgian Championship. If you have taken out one-day insurance before receiving your license number, no refund will be allowed. However, it will be possible to update your registration file by uploading your license and entering your license number.
RELAYS
Cancellation will not be possible after registration but change of partner possible until May 29st 2024 free of charge. The modification of the composition of the team must be introduced by email to info@xterra-belgium.com no later than May 29st 2024.
The race is open to Elite athletes, amateurs and relays.
Minimum age: 18 during the year.
The withdrawal of bibs can only be done by the athlete himself, by presenting an identity document as well as his license.
