High Level Coaching Experience

Over the last 12 years of coaching endurance athletes I enjoyed the privilege of coaching multiple professional XTERRA athletes, XTERRA age group national and world champions, USAT age group and overall national champions, and ITU age group world champions for both on road and off road triathlon. I have also had many XTERRA World Championship qualifiers, Ironman age group podiums, and Spartan Obstacle Course elite podiums.

Philosophy

I believe that coaching is both an art and a science. In order for a coach to meet the needs of his or her athletes the training must be suited to fit the unique physiological and real life circumstances of each individual. Through proven scientific principles, consistency over time, accountability, and realistic goals all athletes can be successful. Endurance athletes are made not born.
