XTERRA Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and are subject to inspection.

Ship Your Items

 

SHIP ITEMS & WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN UPON RECEIPT

  1. Log in to your account associated with purchase
  2. Click on “My Orders”
  3. Click the “View Order” link that corresponds with the Order # containing the item(s) that need to be returned
  4. On the top right, click “Return”
  5. You will see a form appear to start the return process. Please fill out this form, which will provide us with details regarding your return and issue an RMA# (Return #) upon completion
  6. You will be redirected to a “Returns” page where you will see any returns you have created and the associated RMA#s
  7. Place the item securely in its original packaging
  8. Please include your RMA # on the designated section on the packing/returns slip included in your original shipment
  1. Find your order number located within your order email or included packing slip
  2. Click here to look up your order
  3. Click the “View Order” link that corresponds with the Order # containing the item(s) that need to be returned
  4. On the top right, click “Return”
  5. You will see a form appear to start the return process. Please fill out this form, which will provide us with details regarding your return and issue an RMA# (Return #) upon completion
  6. You will be redirected to a “Returns” page where you will see any returns you have created and the associated RMA#s
  7. Place the item securely in its original packaging
  8. Please include your RMA # on the designated section on the packing/returns slip included in your original shipment

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

We ask that you ship your package to a secure location to ensure it is delivered without risk of theft. Once a package has been scanned as delivered by the shipping service, theft is unfortunately outside of our control and we are unable to offer a refund for stolen packages.

If the package has been lost in transit and has not been scanned as delivered, we are happy to place a claim on your behalf with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued once our shipping service has investigated and finished the claim process.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, XTERRA will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from XTERRA is 365 days from the date of purchase.

The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
