XTERRA Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS MADE EASY


All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and are subject to inspection.

For orders placed AFTER November 12, 2020 (US orders)
  1. Visit our returns center :  xterraplanet.returnscenter.com
  2. Indicate your order number and email used when making the purchase.  Your order number begins with #XP (IE #XP4041).
  3. Select the item(s) you are returning.
  4. Select the reason for your return.  
  5. Once completed you will receive an RMA number.  
  6. Please include the RMA number with your return to ensure a quick refund.  
  7. Place the item securely in its original packaging
  8. Use the pre-paid return label on your return and drop it off at your local UPS.
For orders placed BEFORE November 12, 2020 (US orders)
  1. Please email us at returns [at] xterraplanet.com.
  2. Include your order number, email address and items you with to return in the email.  
  3. Once completed you will receive an RMA number.  
  4. Please include the RMA number with your return to ensure a quick refund.  
  5. Place the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Use the pre-paid return label on your return and drop it off at your local UPS.
International Orders
  1. To process your international return, please contact the GlobalShopex.ecom Customer Service department by phone at (786) 391-4868 or email at customercare [at] globalshopex.com. They will be happy to provide you with an RMA number & the instructions for sending your package back to XTERRA.
Refund processing

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.  Please allow 5-10 for the refund to process.

Lost/stolen packages

We ask that you ship your package to a secure location to ensure it is delivered without risk of theft. Once a package has been scanned as delivered by the shipping service, theft is unfortunately outside of our control and we are unable to offer a refund for stolen packages.

If the package has been lost in transit and has not been scanned as delivered, we are happy to place a claim on your behalf with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued once our shipping service has investigated and finished the claim process.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, XTERRA will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from XTERRA is 365 days from the date of purchase.

The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
