Within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, the registered athlete may request the cancellation of his participation in the race through the email atendimento@xterrabrasil.com.br.
In case of cancellation, the athlete will lose the discounts granted, and the registration fee will be refunded at the time of purchase. If the registration cancellation request is made after 7 (seven) calendar days from the registration confirmation, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.
Payment with Credit Cards – The reversal of purchases made with credit cards will occur in up to 2 invoices (60 days) considering the closing date and deadlines of each bank/administrator.
Payment in Cash and Bank Bill – The registration fee paid with these forms of payment will be returned to the current account of the registration holder and not the registration payer. If the athlete does not have an individual bank account, he must contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund.
Other cancellation or change requests:
Cancellation up to 30 (thirty) calendar days before the event – The organization will provide a credit for use in a new stage of the XTERRA Circuit. The registration holder athlete will receive a 15% discount coupon (calculated on the amount paid at the time of registration) to make a new one in the current year. If the stages have ended, the athlete will use the coupon in the first XTERRA of the following year.
*Purchases made 48 hours before the event will not be accepted.
Post-event cancellation – Post-event cancellation requests for any reason will not be accepted.
Cancellation on the day of the event due to withdrawal or delay – Requests for cancellation on the day of the event due to withdrawal or delay for any reason will not be met.
Partial Cancellation – Requests for partial reversal (for purchases in cash, bank slip or credit card) will only be answered within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the registration date.
Injuries or illnesses – The organization is exempt from the responsibility of cancellation after the period of 7 (seven) calendar days due to injury or illness on the part of the athlete or other participants of the same registration.
Modality Change – The athlete may request a modality change within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of confirmation of payment (the period will run from the date of confirmation of payment to the date of request).
Exchange between Stages – The athlete may request an exchange between stages within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of confirmation of payment (the period will run from the date of confirmation of payment to the date of request).
Title Change – XTERRA does not have title change. If the athlete is no longer interested in participating in the competition, he must request the cancellation of the registration within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of confirmation of payment.
