Castle Rock Trail Run

XTERRA Castle Rock Trail Run

Philip S. Miller Park

August 06, 2017

The Colorado Trail Run series consists of five trail runs located in Castle Rock, Golden Gate Canyon State Park in Golden Colorado, Beaver Creek and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Each event has a choice of two or three distances that cater to beginner trail runners and competitive athletes. Participants can accumulate points at each event working towards the National Championship. Series champions are awarded free entry into the XTERRA Trail Run National Championship – an off-road half-marathon to be held in Snowbasin, Ogden, Utah, in September.

All runners will ascend to peaks offering spectacular views and all distances will include breathtaking single track trails. While experienced runners will enjoy the challenge and exploration of new territory, those new to the trails will also discover a whole new world of running where it is perfectly normal to walk the hills and save your energy for the flat and downhill sections. All finishers will receive custom finisher medals, custom shirts and cool swag.

Ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding off-road adventure? It’s time to enter the world of XTERRA. The XTERRA Castle Rock Colorado 20K/10K/5K is open to runners of all ages and skill levels.
