Don't let the name fool you... Milk was the choice drink at Brandywine Creek State Park, which was originally the Du Pont dairy farm. At this race, you'll run the trails that make this park (home to Delaware's two oldest nature preserves) a cash cow for farm, field and forest freaks. The 5K offers a taste of the rolling terrain, while the 12K "long-course" will show you the full lay of the land. You'll even run a stretch beside (maybe even cross) the namesake Brandywine Creek -- tempting to dairy cows and thirsty runners alike.
