Raced and trained as professional athletes for over 10 years including elite podiums in ITU Triathlon, Cross Triathlon, Ironman 70.3 and Xterra. Currently coaching World U23 Cross Champion and Xterra Asia Pacific Champion and many top age group champions in both Xterra, Cross and 70.3 and Ironman triathlon.
