This sequence focuses on the power of your obliques and supportive upper body strength. Intentional breath will carry you through lateral movement of deep side stretches and twists, creating opportunity to find more space within the side body and bring 360° awareness to your practice.
About the Instructor
Kimberly Marcotte, based in Brooklyn, NY, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance who specializes in Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga. As a former professional dancer and dance instructor, her incorporation of yoga dates back to 2007 as a natural movement practice that encouraged a deeper connection within herself and opened reflection of how she may best radiate this energy to others. Continuing her passion of teaching, Kim is thrilled to connect with the XTERRA Community and together embark on a journey of growth and discovery.
