The intention of this video is to easefully support deep twists through consistent movement. Twisting aids in back strengthening, digestion, and moving energy. After a day of sitting down or little motion, twists are the perfect movement to energize you and your body.
About the Instructor
Hailey Stockbrugger an Experience Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who trained at YogaWorks and has taught at multiple studios across New York City and Brooklyn, NY. Hailey’s preferred style of yoga to teach is Power Vinyasa with added flares of strength building. She is committed to helping practitioners build strength, range of motion and inspiring those to look forward to their dedicated time of moving.
Hailey is also a classically trained modern dancer. This influences the movements she incorporates in to each class, and the freedom she wants practitioners to have within their own body.
