About the Instructor
Chloe Kostman was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. With over a decade of dedicating herself to the yoga practice, she has grown her study by graduating with a 200hr RYT certification with Yoga Alliance. Chloe has been teaching and helping others discover their practice for two years.
“I typically teach Power Vinyasa Flow classes that are focused on creating safe spaces for us to breathe and move. To sit with and see our true selves and to take care of ourselves so that we walk off of our mats more grounded and open humans. My acting career has always informed the way I show up as a teacher. Vulnerability inspires me daily both as a theatre artist and in my yoga practice. When we show up with gratitude and kindness, as our most authentic selves, when we can be honest with ourselves and others about what we are experiencing we help others to feel seen in their experiences of the world and we inspire others to do the same.”
