The intention of class is to maximize the breath capacity in constricting shapes. Hailey Stockbrugger will move you in and out of twists, both dynamic and static, and open up the hips and upper thoracic spine - both directly affected by our breath.
About the Instructor
Hailey Stockbrugger (@haileys_heart) an Experience Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who trained at YogaWorks and has taught at multiple studios across New York City and Brooklyn, NY. Hailey’s preferred style of yoga to teach is Power Vinyasa with added flares of strength building. She is committed to helping practitioners build strength, range of motion and inspiring those to look forward to their dedicated time of moving.
Hailey is also a classically trained modern dancer. This influences the movements she incorporates in to each class, and the freedom she wants practitioners to have within their own body.
