Five Exercises to do with TRX Bands or Suspension Rings
- The Saw
- Hamstring runner
- Mountain climbers
- Knee tucks to outside elbow (be deliberate about your moves)
- Pike (really good for upper abdominals)
Do 10-20 reps, 3-times each.
“If you can be consistent with this block you’ll have a nice tight core in no time,” said Little, the head coach at Next Level Endurance.
