Strength-based Yoga Exercises with Hailey Stockbrugger
Hailey Stockbrugger guides us through strength-based yoga exercises intended to emphasize length. This session is mindful of the linear and repetitive motions our bodies endure during triathlons and race training. As dominant muscle groups are developed due to this, risk of injury increases as well. This sequence is designed alleviate this by demonstrating how to move through different planes of motion that will diversify workouts, improve coordination and stretch muscles.
The intention of these variations of yogic elements are to amplify the intensity. By adding some additional drills, we are not only connecting with the strength of our muscles, but our breath.
Through Strength in Motion, we will build mind, body and breath connection.
