Core Strengthening with Hailey Stockbrugger
Hailey Stockbrugger guides us through an invigorating 15-minute sequence meant to power up fundamental Vinyasa yoga postures with movements intended to strengthen the core. This class challenges abdominal muscles as well as glutes, while stabilizing the pelvis and helping protect the spine.
Inspired by recent events; having been taking out of our daily routines and ability to train - the goal with this flow is to re-activate core muscle groups so that when running and riding your bike, these muscle groups are already there with you rather than having to expend more energy on activating them.

About the instructor:
Hailey Stockbrugger an Experience Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who trained at YogaWorks and has taught at multiple studios across New York City and Brooklyn, NY. Hailey’s preferred style of yoga to teach is Power Vinyasa with added flares of strength building. She is committed to helping practitioners build strength, range of motion and inspiring those to look forward to their dedicated time of moving.
Hailey is also a classically trained modern dancer. This influences the movements she incorporates in to each class, and the freedom she wants practitioners to have within their own body.
