“Since we all can’t swim, it’s important to do workouts that will keep our upper bodies strong,” said Snyder.
The engaging session can be done by athletes of all ages and skill levels without any special equipment, and here’s what viewers can expect:
- Squat with band above knees
- Pop Squats
- Spiderman w/opposite rotation
- Shoulder Burn
Complete 2-3 sets of 10 Reps of the following exercises on each side.
- Side plank w/rotation
- Oblique Leg Lift
- Scissor Kicks
- Narrow Pushups, negatives
- Marching hip bridge
