Take advantage of the long summer days and head north to Canada on July 8th for XTERRA Victoria. The eighth stop on the XTERRA Pan Am Tour, XTERRA Victoria is offering a $7,500 purse and 26 qualifying spots for amateurs clamoring to race at the XTERRA World Championship in Maui.

Held at the internationally renowned Mt. Work Mountain Bike Park, this course around Durrance Lake will wow you with beautiful views and world-class trails.

Last year, Suzie Snyder and Karsten Madsen claimed the titles, but neither will be on the line this year.

The men's elite race is highlighted by reigning XTERRA Pan Am Tour Champ Josiah Middaugh, current tour leader Kieran McPherson,  a cast of strong Americans to include Sam Long, Branden Rakita, Will Kelsay, and Ian King, plus Jake Stollery.

In the women's chase current XTERRA Pan Am Tour co-leaders Fabiola Corona and Kelli Montgomery will be up against Julie Baker, Allison Baca, Kara LaPoint, Jessie Koltz, and Emanuela Bandol.

XTERRA Victoria is also a fundraiser for Team4Hope, a charity dedicated to funding research and raising awareness about childhood cancer, especially Neuroblastoma. The funds raised go to the Foundation for Neuroblastoma Research.
