XTERRA Heads to Waco, Knoxville in June
Held in conjunction with USAT Off-Road Nationals, XTERRA Cameron Park will take place June 9 at Cameron Park in Waco, Texas. The course has a mix of fast, flat singletrack as well as tight and twisty turns, power climbs, downhills with well-made berms, and plenty of features. The race will consist of a 1500-meter swim, 30K mountain bike ride, and 10K run.
“The course will take your breath away as you go up and down climb after climb, in and out of cedar breaks, and into dark bamboo forests,” said race director Joel Grimmett. “The trails at Cameron Park are outstanding with plenty of technical options for experienced riders.”
According to Bike Magazine, "there is nothing else like this anywhere in the country.”
On June 3, XTERRA will visit Knoxville for a unique race only two miles from downtown. XTERRA Knoxville includes a 1200-meter swim, a 16.6-mile bike, and 4.6 mile run.
