In the 5K, sisters Kaytlynn and Heather Welsch were not only the 15-19 champs, and the women’s champs in the 5K, but they were the overall champs as well. Kaytlynn Welsch finished the 5K in 22:41, Heather finished in 24:36, and Jordan Kennedy was third in 27:15.
