For the first-time ever XTERRA is replacing its pre-race Night of Champions dinner with a POST-race dinner party to remember.
The 13th annual XTERRA gathering in Ogden, Utah for the Pan America / USA Championship race on September 17th will honor its race and tour champions, feast, and celebrate in style Saturday night at Hub801, a historic 1940’s bottling hall.
“This place is going to rock. It has such great character,” said XTERRA President Janet Clark. “You can feel its colorful history in the brick walls while appreciating its three huge panoramic presentation screens where we’ll show our highlight videos and photos from the race, its brilliant lighting, and great sound system.”
Roosters Brewing Company will cater the dinner, which is included in the entry fee for all those racing in the championship event.
The XTERRA Pan American Championship is the culmination of a series of off-road triathlons spanning South and Central America, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada, and the U.S. It offers $80,000 in prize money to professional athletes and is televised for a one-hour feature show that is distributed throughout the U.S. and internationally on ESPN. The following day the XTERRA Trail Run National Championship culminates a nationwide series of trail running events and also features 10K and 5K trail runs.
