BIKE WAIVERS
World Championship competitor bikes travel FREE on Hawaiian Airlines. Maui must be your destination (sorry, we can't do Kona as a destination).
Only registered competitors may receive a bike waiver and you must book your travel by October 13.
Code shares with other airlines are not included - you must travel on Hawaiian Airlines.
How to get your bike waiver inserted in your flight record:
Book your Hawaiian Airlines flight (interisland or mainland U.S) direct to Maui by October 13.
Special discounts on Hawaiian Airlines are available through the XTERRA Preferred Affiliate Program.

After purchasing your Hawaiian Airlines flight email your 6 letter Hawaiian Airlines confirmation code to info@xterraplanet.com.
We will confirm via email that your bike is waivered. If you do not receive a confirmation, your bike will not travel free.
Remember you must make your booking and send us email no later than October 13.
Note: The waiver is applicable to domestic flights only (mainland US to/from Maui and interisland to/from Maui) and does not include INTERNATIONAL flights.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The venue is 17 miles from airport, about a 25-minute drive. Exiting the airport, you will be on Keolani Dr.
- STRAIGHT through first set of lights, passing K-Mart on your left.
- You will now be on Dairy Rd.
- STAY in LEFT lane passing the Maui Marketplace on your left.
- Turn LEFT at the stoplight where the large, modern-looking church is (Assembly of God). You will then be on MOKULELE HIGHWAY (350 which eventually turns into Highway 311).
- STAY on Mokululu for about ten minutes.
- Turn LEFT at the stoplight that intersects with PI`ILANI HIGHWAY (31).
- STAY on Pi`ilani for about 10-15 minutes.
- Turn RIGHT where Pi`ilani Highway ends going on to WAILEA IKE DRIVE.
- Turn LEFT at the stoplight onto WAILEA ALANUI DRIVE.
- Proceed three miles and turn RIGHT to the Maui Prince @ Makena Resort
