Learn from the Master

The hottest XTERRA athlete on the planet – 2x XTERRA World Champion Lesley  Paterson – is hosting a three-day training camp in sunny San Diego, California this January 11-12-13.

Camp BraveDirt is aimed at those looking to master the mental and physical aspects of off-road triathlon with insight and inspiration from the world’s best.  Paterson not only won Worlds this year, she also captured the XTERRA USA Championship, the XTERRA U.S. Pro Series, and the ITU Cross Triathlon World Championship.

The camp will also feature four-time master’s world champ and mountain bike coach Tammy “Mama Bear” Tabeek -  who won the 50-54 division XTERRA World Championship last year, and Leigh-Ann Webster – a nutrition, fitness, and goal setting guru.

Participants will be treated to three days of mountain biking, trail running, and swimming; fireside chats with coaches and guest speakers, gourmet meals, hands-on coaching, and tons of swag.

On day three, Paterson and the team will put on a simulated off-road tri for particpants; who can look forward to learning and interacting with one of the most fun-filled characters in all of triathlon.
