CEO Challenge in Maui - Part II

For the second straight year XTERRA will host “The CEO Challenge” at the XTERRA World Championship in Maui on October 24, 2010.

Last year Mike Dannelley of Irvine, California was the first CEO across the finish line and placed 8th in the 50-54 division in 3:47:43.  Mike and his wife Mary, who also competed, run the American Interbanc Mortgage lending company.

"This race is the ultimate challenge for a full-time working man or woman looking to escape from the mundane and have the adventure of a lifetime," said Mary Dannelley, who was featured in Wall Street’s Journal “What’s your Workout” column earlier this month.

New this year, XTERRA World's is being designated as the CEO Triathlon Championship, which means the first CEO Challenge competitor will win the coveted title of “The Fittest CEO.”

"Participating in the XTERRA World Championship was the most incredible CEO Challenge that I’ve done - including the Ironman in Kona!  The CEO XTERRA World Championship has to be a “must do” on every CEO’s check list of life accomplishments," said Rich Kylberg of Communicom Broadcasting.
