East Coast XTERRA Staple Returns with King of the Hill

A good friend is that person you've had all those great adventures with; someone you feel at home returning to even when time and circumstances have caused a separation.  Not missing a beat, the conversation resumes and the good times once again roll.  This May 16, 2010 get ready to tally up some more good times with old friends at the XTERRA King of the Hill.  This east coast off road staple has returned following a year absence.  Once again athletes can enjoy one of the best off road cycling venue in the east at Round Valley Recreation Park in Lebanon, New Jersey.

Get ready for a swim (most assuredly wet suit legal) in beautiful, crystal water. Then, saddle up for a challenging ride through rock gardens, single track and fire roads and get in gear for those infamous down hills and climbs.  To end the race, find out all about the "hill" in King of the Hill when it's time to race up -and down-Toboggan Hill.  The views from the top of Toboggan Hill may leave you more breathless than the run itself, with circling hawks and eagles, early blooming spring flowers and trees and the sun glinting off the lake.

Our old friends know of the strikingly beautiful venue which is Round Valley.  Our new friends will be glad to include the XTERRA King of the Hill on future race calendars; especially after joining in the after race celebrations!  Come prepared for great food, trophies and the famous Patanella push up contest! Lots of give a ways and prizes-always a family friendly environment-don't miss the return of the XTERRA King of the Hill on May 16th!
