Casey Fannin (Birmingham, AL), Barbara Peterson (Berkeley, CA), and Beverly Enslow (Peoria, IL) won their region for the eighth time and those with seven titles include Kent Robison (Reno, NV), Hans Dieben (Chula Vista, CA), Mike Carter (Austin, TX), Jim James (Ann Arbor, MI), Kyle Grieser (Marble Falls, TX), Cindi Toepel (Littleton, CO), and Kathy Frank (Bend, OR). Also of note, Mike Hicks from Fountain Hills, Arizona won a regional championship in the Southwest Moderate leg impairment division for the third straight year - tying the Physically Challenged division record set by "One-Arm" Willie Stewart last year.
