XTERRA EUREKA SPRINGS ON SATURDAY

The XTERRA Eureka Springs off-road tri at Lake Leatherwood City Park in Arkansas is Saturday, and after a wetter than usual spring the Ozarks are green and water is everywhere so racers can expect several wet creek crossings along with the usual lung-busting climbs and free-wheel’in downhills that characterize this challenging course. The race features a half-mile swim, 13-mile mountain bike and 5-mile run fun, and authentic bluegrass music played by the local band “Cletus Got Shot” will be heard for miles. Check it out at www.eurekaspringsoffroadtriathlon.com.
