“HIUWAI AND E AL E" HAWAIIAN CLEANSING AND REJUVENATION CEREMONY

Athletes, friends and family are welcome to participate in this very special Sunrise Hawaiian Cleansing and Rejuvenation Ceremony.  Flaming tiki torches will greet you on the lawn, where you will be met by renowned cultural advisor, Clifford Naeole. 

 

Clifford will lead you in a ceremony where you will enter the water (or just wade and bath in it) to release negative thoughts, actions, and any other concerns from your life.  As the sun rises to the chanter’s voice, all is forgiven, and you will begin your life renewed and rejuvenated.

 

All present will be considered participants – and please be there on time, as the ceremony is timed to meet the sunrise and will start promptly at 5:15am.

2011 ALOHA TEAM CLASSIC

The 2011 Aloha Team Classic is a 3 day golf event with proceeds benefiting the Beyond the Rainbow Foundation's mission in supporting Maui's youth realize the promise of their future.
