PERSONAL:  Born June 7, 1971 in Germany.  Established the CompetingToHelpKids.com project, using his position as an athlete to get publicity and media attention in order to raise money for kids.

 

XTERRA EXPERIENCE:  Sixth year.
2005:  Placed 11th at XTERRA Czech, 8th in Italy, Austria, and Spain, and 10th in Germany.  Finished 10th in the XTERRA European Tour standings.  Placed 6th at Maui. 2006:  Finished 3rd at XTERRA France, 6th at XTERRA Italy, 4th at XTERRA Czech, 3rd at XTERRA Spain, and 7th at XTERRA Denmark. Was second in the XTERRA European Tour standings behind Lebrun.  Placed 10th at the XTERRA World Champs in Maui and was the recipient of the “XTERRA Warrior Award” for his humanitarian efforts to help underpriviledged kids through racing. 2007:  Placed 8th at XTERRA Italy, 6th at XTERRA Germany, won XTERRA Japan & 10th at XTERRA Worlds.

 

LAST YEAR:  Placed 19th at XTERRA Worlds.

 

THIS YEAR: Placed 11th at XTERRA Czech, 7th at XTERRA Germany, and 5th at XTERRA Austria.
