Bike Waivers

XTERRA World Championship competitor bikes travel FREE on Hawaiian Airlines. Maui must be your destination (sorry, we can't do Kona as a destination).
Code shares with other airlines are not included - you must travel on Hawaiian Airlines. Only registered competitors may receive a bike waiver and you must SUBMIT your HAWAIIAN AIRLINES RECORD LOCATOR (6 letters) no later than Thursday, October 13, 5pm Pacific time. After that time, bike waivers will NOT BE AVAILABLE - sorry.

 

How to get your bike waiver inserted in your flight record:
Book your Hawaiian Airlines flight (interisland or mainland U.S) direct to Maui. Use the Book Now button above. After purchasing your Hawaiian Airlines flight email your 6 letter Hawaiian Airlines confirmation code to info@xterraplanet.com. We must receive it by October 13, 5pm Pacific time. We will confirm via email that your bike is waivered.  If you do not receive a confirmation, your bike will not travel free.

Note: The waiver is applicable to domestic flights only (mainland US to/from Maui and interisland to/from Maui) and does not include INTERNATIONAL flights.
