Entry

Graeme: No problem entering any of the races. All are open to amateurs. In case you are not familiar with the sport, we place athletes in age groups so you will race against others who are within 5 years of your age. As example 25-29, 30-34 all the way up to 70+. Most European events have about 300 entries, probably 50% are first timers. The most popular age groups are 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49. You will meet people from a dozen nations having fun just like you.

Entry

Hey guys

I'm based in the UK and was thinking about taking part in a few of the European events next year. Am I correct in assuming these events are open to everyone? i.e. you don't have to be an athletic superstar??

If so, typically how many competitors take part in each event, how many are amateurs? and also, how many are first timers?

Thanks in advance

Graeme

Congratulations Mr. XTERRA

I cannot think of a more deserving person for the award for Mr. XTERRA than Casey Fannin. He is such an inspiration to so many people. Gifted athlete and wonderful dad! The guy is so humble too, and man can he '"haul donkey!" Congratulations!
