Will Guam be the only location for the West Region champtionship race?

Guam is not one of the regional championship races. It is part of the Global Tour. Typically, the West Regional Championship race is in Lake Las Vegas.

The race schedule is not complete yet. Right now, you are only seeing a small portion of the 2012 races. They are being added as their schedules are finalized.
