XTERRA: Who is your role model/gives you inspiration?
BP: My inspiration is my identitcal twin. She is a world-class Triathlete, who set an age group record in 2002 at Ironman Austria.

XTERRA: What is your favorite XTERRA venue?
BP: Maui - the XTERRA World Championship

XTERRA: What are your chief ambitions, big plans in life?
BP: To complete and publish my new book series: "The Power of Exercise." The first is for mothers, then seniors and busy professionals.

XTERRA: What's your best XTERRA finish?
BP: First place at the XTERRA USA Championship. I never dug so deeply to win.

XTERRA: Do you have a pre-race ritual?
BP: Listen to upbeat music and remind myself over and over that I am in great shape for the race.

XTERRA: What do you like to do in your free time?
BP: Workout for pleasure, write and design jewelry.

XTERRA: What's the best thing about racing XTERRAs?
BP: Meeting the many great people who show up to compete at XTERRA and the wonderful XTERRA staff who make the venue ultra
terrific.
